Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the items within 21 days of receiving them, subject to the conditions below.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 21 days of receipt. If more than 21 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund.
Return Authorisation (Required)
All returns must be arranged in advance.
Please contact usashop@weirdwalk.co.uk to request a return authorisation and instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused and in sellable condition.
Weird Walk Ltd. reserves the right to refuse returns or withhold refunds if items are returned damaged, worn, or otherwise unsuitable for resale.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
Delivery Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days.
Delivery Issues
If you have not received your order within 15 business days of placing it, please contact usashop@weirdwalk.co.uk.
Tracking Information
If your order includes tracking and you have not received the tracking link, please contact us within the delivery timeframe above.
Untracked Shipping
If a customer selects untracked shipping, the parcel is sent at the customer’s own risk.
Tracked shipping includes insurance and is strongly recommended.
Weird Walk Ltd. is not responsible for lost parcels sent via untracked services and cannot offer compensation in these cases.
Lost Orders
There is a limited timeframe in which delivery claims can be raised with carriers.
If you do not contact us within 15 days of placing your order, we may be unable to assist with lost-parcel claims.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
USA Shop Orders
Orders placed via the Weird Walk USA shop are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States via a third-party fulfilment partner based in New York.
All products are shipped to the USA in bulk from the UK in advance, and any import duties, customs fees, or associated costs related to bringing stock into the United States are already covered by Weird Walk Ltd.
The prices shown on the USA shop include these costs.
Customers ordering from the USA shop will not be charged additional customs duties or import fees at delivery.
Orders Outside the USA
For orders placed via other Weird Walk shops that ship internationally, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of Weird Walk Ltd.’s control.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled during working hours:
Monday–Friday, 10:00am–5:00pm (UK time).
Outside Working Hours
Cancellations outside these hours cannot be guaranteed.
If an order has already been dispatched, customers may refuse delivery or arrange a return in accordance with the Returns Policy. Additional postage costs may apply.
